What training methods do you use at Luck K9 Pack?

At Luck K9 Pack, we use a balanced training approach that focuses on clear communication, structure, and positive reinforcement to build trust and reliability in your dog. Our methods create well-mannered, confident dogs by addressing obedience, socialization, and real-world experiences. We emphasize patience, consistency, and leadership to guide both dogs and their owners toward a harmonious relationship.

What is included in the Board & Train programs?

Our Board & Train programs provide an immersive training experience where your dog stays with us and receives daily hands-on training. Each program is tailored to your dog’s needs and includes:

• Basic and advanced obedience (on-leash and off-leash)

• Recall (come command) and loose-leash walking

• Crate and house manners

• Behavioral adjustments for issues like reactivity or anxiety

Each program also includes:

✔️ All necessary training gear ($400–$600 value)

✔️ Video updates throughout training

✔️ A mid-way training session at the 4-week mark

✔️ A final go-home session at 6 weeks

✔️ Lifetime support to help maintain your dog’s training

Will I be involved in my dog’s training process?

Yes! Owner involvement is crucial for maintaining your dog’s training after their time with us. You’ll participate in two key training sessions:

Mid-Way Training (Week 4): A structured training session where your dog is ready to start working with you and reinforcing their new skills.
Take-Home Training (Week 6): A final session preparing both you and your dog for a smooth transition back home.

How do you ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs during training?

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. We maintain a structured, supervised environment to ensure all dogs are safe, comfortable, and healthy. We limit the number of dogs in training to provide individualized attention, use proper crate training for rest periods, and ensure all dog interactions are controlled and positive.

How long will it take to see results?

You’ll see significant progress by the end of your dog’s 4- or 6-week Board & Train program. However, every dog is unique, and long-term success depends on factors like age, temperament, and consistency at home. We provide lifetime support to help you maintain and build upon your dog’s training!
